How time flies!!&lt;br /&gt;Holidays were enjoyed by all in the Eid Break.  The International Day&lt;br /&gt;Parade was both colourful and spectacular on 1st&lt;br /&gt;November. Look for the photographs in the galleries section. Things were&lt;br /&gt;very exciting in the first week for the children in Year 4 as they did&lt;br /&gt;Instructional Writing in English. Mrs Roux and Mrs Bolton were encouraging&lt;br /&gt;the pupils to create their own recipes. I believe some of the finished&lt;br /&gt;products were delicious but none ended up in Year 6!!! Dribble melted chocolate all over&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;bon   appetit!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;AIYSHA NAZIR - 4 RED&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;Instructions for making a prawn cocktail&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;You will need:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;·	8oz.shelled prawns&lt;br /&gt;·	4 level tbsps.mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;·	2 tbsps.double cream&lt;br /&gt;·	1 tbsp.ketchup&lt;br /&gt;·	1 tsp.lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;·	dash of Worcester  sauce&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;What to do:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;1.	Mix  together the  mayonnaise, cream, ketchup, lemon juice and&lt;br /&gt;Worcester  sauce.&lt;br /&gt;2.	Fold the prawns through the sauce.&lt;br /&gt;3.	Half fill glasses with shredded lettuce. Pile prawn mixture on top.&lt;br /&gt;4.	Garnish  with  lemon  wedges and serve with thin slices of brown bread&lt;br /&gt;and butter&lt;br /&gt;            EAT!!!!!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;CONOR MORAN&lt;br /&gt;4 BLUE&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;Instructions for how to make a fruit salad&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;You will need:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;·	1 apple &lt;br /&gt;·	1orange&lt;br /&gt;·	1pear&lt;br /&gt;·	A few green and black grapes&lt;br /&gt;·	1slice of sweet melon&lt;br /&gt;·	1 banana&lt;br /&gt;·	1 small carton of mixed fruit juice&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;What to do:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;1.	Pour the mixed fruit juice into a container.&lt;br /&gt;2.	Quarter the apple, remove the pips and core and chop into small pieces.&lt;br /&gt;3.	Peel and slice the orange.&lt;br /&gt;4.	Peel the pear quarter and remove seeds and core and chop into small&lt;br /&gt;pieces.	&lt;br /&gt;5.	Cut  the grapes in half and remove any pips.&lt;br /&gt;6.	Slice melon into small pieces .&lt;br /&gt;7.	Add the fruit to the juice in the container and stir.&lt;br /&gt;8.	Just before serving peel and slice the banana and add to the fruit&lt;br /&gt;salad.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;BETH WORSLEY&lt;br /&gt;(4 BLUE)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;Swiss roll special &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;·	Swiss rolls&lt;br /&gt;·	Vanilla essence&lt;br /&gt;·	Dream whip &lt;br /&gt;·	Milk&lt;br /&gt;·	Bowl&lt;br /&gt;·	Teaspoon&lt;br /&gt;·	Whisk&lt;br /&gt;·	Serving  bowl&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="mobile-post"&gt;1.	First slice the Swiss rolls into three bits.&lt;br /&gt;2.	Open the can and take some mandarins out place them on the Swiss rolls.&lt;br /&gt;3.	Take a bowl and pour orange juice on the Swiss rolls.&lt;br /&gt;4.	Get half a teaspoon of vanilla essence and pour it in.  &lt;br /&gt;5. Empty yoghurt into mixing bowl.&lt;br /&gt;2.	Grate garlic and cucumber and add to yoghurt.&lt;br /&gt;3.	Stir in mint jelly.&lt;br /&gt;4. There is a lot of hard work going on and the teachers are struggling to keep up with the children!!! Each class is producing some excellent work and the children are playing nicely together and creating a lovely atmosphere in their environment. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This blog will be used to display messages and to display work from the children to give parents and visitors to our website an idea of the quality that our children are able to produce.
